Cannabidiol, or CBD, is one of many active ingredients in hemp plants. It doesn't cause any psychotic effects or euphoric feelings. It is free of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol), often associated with psychotic effects. Due to their therapeutic benefits, there are many CBD products on the market today. CBD oil is one such product. CBD oil is a concentrated extract from Sativa flowers or leaves, dissolved in a consumable oil like olive oil, organic coconut oil or sunflower oil.
Although chemotherapy is the most commonly used treatment for cancer, very little research has shown that CBD Oil may be an effective treatment. This is because CBD oil has been used in the treatment of pain related to cancer.
